Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account and using Zapiflow’s platform, official Meta WhatsApp Business API, AI Voice agents, RCS messaging, and developer APIs (“Services”), provided by Zero7 Communications India, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of our Services immediately.

2. Service Description

Zapiflow provides businesses with access to Meta’s official WhatsApp Business API, 25+ language AI Voice agents, Google Verified Android RCS, role-based shared team inbox, visual flow automation, and API infrastructure through a scalable cloud platform.

3. Account Registration & Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate, verifiable business information during registration.
• Account access is restricted to the primary holder and authorized team users with defined role permissions.
• Users are solely responsible for keeping account credentials secure and monitoring sub-agent activities.

4. Use Restrictions & WhatsApp Policy Compliance

• You must not use Zapiflow to transmit spam, unsolicited broadcasts, fraudulent messages, misleading claims, or unlawful content.
• Misuse or violation of Meta’s Commerce & Business Messaging Policies may result in your Meta WhatsApp Business API account being restricted or permanently banned by Meta (WhatsApp).
• No refund will be provided if your Meta API account is restricted or banned due to policy violations.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your campaign content complies with local communications laws and Meta policies.

5. Data Privacy & Security

Zapiflow processes user data strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Data collected is utilized to deliver, maintain, and secure our communication infrastructure and comply with regulatory requirements.

6. Fees, Billing & Payment

Use of Zapiflow is subject to payment as per your selected subscription plan. Non-payment or payment failure may result in service suspension or termination. Meta conversation charges are billed separately directly at cost without markup.

7. Suspension & Termination

Accounts violating these Terms or Meta policies may be suspended or terminated immediately without prior notice. Accounts without an active paid subscription plan for three (3) consecutive months will be marked dormant and undergo data deletion.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Zapiflow’s Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While Zapiflow strives to maintain 99.99% uptime, technical interruptions or third-party API outages beyond our reasonable control may occur. Zapiflow disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime or third-party service disruptions.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zapiflow and Zero7 Communications India from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal costs arising from your misuse of the platform, violation of Meta policies, or infringement of third-party rights.

10. Modifications

Zapiflow reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Belagavi, Karnataka, India.
